1. Order Processing Time
   We do not hold large inventories that gather dust. Instead, every order is processed with care. Our “Made-to-Order” process typically takes 3 days. During this time, your rug is printed, inspected for quality, and carefully prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping & Transit
   Once your rug has passed our quality inspection, it is handed over to our logistics partners. Shipping typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

You can expect your Rugket piece to arrive at your doorstep within 10 to 17 business days (3 days processing + 7–14 days transit). We appreciate your patience and your commitment to supporting sustainable, made-to-order manufacturing.

4. Free Shipping

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders across our store. We absorb the shipping costs to ensure you receive the best value for your investment in home decor.

5. Important Notes

• Tracking: Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number so you can follow your rug’s journey to your home.
• Remote Areas: While we strive to ship everywhere, please note that some remote or hard-to-reach areas may occasionally incur additional shipping charges or delivery limitations. If your address falls into such an area, our team will contact you directly to discuss the options before processing your shipment.
